Good morning all you lovely mommas!
Today I’m sharing with you the first in a series of 3 workout videos that I’ve been working on with Andrea Merucci Hsiung to keep me in shape during and after my pregnancy. In this video Andrea shows me some great exercises that are safe to do during the 1st trimester of pregnancy and that I can do throughout the day with my little sidekick.
When doing any type of physical activity it is important to stay hydrated, not to over exert yourself and to always check with a health care professional before starting any type of exercise program.
So go grab a water, your little babe if you have one and let’s have some fun! 🙂
